Just checking in for Get Skinny Saturday.
We have had one of the hardest weeks of our lives, so honestly my weight was the very last thing on my mind.
I weighed in this morning at 179.8.
One pound more than last week.
Actually, I’m surprised it wasn’t more because I pretty much ate my weight in cannolis and Cadbury eggs last night. Stress eating is not the smartest idea. I know.
I did do more exercising this week.
Now that the weather is better, I think I am going to take up walking (or maybe, dare I say it? running.) outside.
I have been getting a few comments and emails from you about how you are really rocking your weight loss, and I am so proud of you guys!
