It’s time for week 12 of Get Skinny Saturday.
We’re 3 months in!
I’m nowhere near where I expected to be by now, but honestly I don’t really care. (Which is probably why I’m not losing a bunch of weight, right?)
This week I weighed in at 178.8, which is exactly 1 pound more than last week. But I also have my period right now, so I’m actually not bothered by that at all. I’m still weighing less than I was when I started, so if nothing else, reporting every week is holding me steady and helping me maintain my current weight.
I did start exercising again this week.
And the weather is getting better, which I think is going t be a big factor for me in terms of getting out and being active.
So far, the past 3 months have helped me realize that I’m actually pretty happy with my body about 90% of the time. Ok, maybe 80%.
Remind me that I said that when it’s time to go bathing suit shopping.
I am also realizing that I have a lot more bad eating habits than I originally thought.
I’ve been back on the soda wagon lately and I need to get off, pronto.
We also eat out a lot more than I realized.
The nice weather and more hours of daylight are bringing back my motivation, though, so I’m hoping to get back on track now that spring is here!
