100 Followers Giveaway: FREE logo or blog button

April 20, 2011 By: Stephanie6 Comments

If you're new here, you may want to subscribe to my Email Newsletter. Thanks for visiting!

Welcome back! Be sure to check out my Email Newsletter. Thanks for visiting!

First of all, you guys are awesome!

I’m so excited to have reached 100 followers! (and 123 subscribers according to Feedburner) Thank you so much for sticking with me.

I have a great treat for you today, too.

The owner of Penned Web Design, who also happens to be my husband, has agreed to offer a free logo design or blog button to one of my followers!

Yep, Eddie will design you a logo for free if you win and we can put it on a customized blog button for you too if you have a blog.

If you don’t have a blog maybe you know a small business owner who could use a new logo or you want a great design to put on t-shirts or hats for a school function. It’s a really versatile prize. Professional logo design can be expensive, so I’m really excited about the opportunity to support your blog or small business in the same way that you have supported my blog. Plus, since all the work is done over the computer and there are no shipping costs involved, this giveaway is open to anyone, regardless of the country where you live. (I know a few of my Aussie ladies will be happy about that.)

Obviously, my own blog design is a testimony to his work, but you can see more of his professional portfolio here.

This is the example of the logo/blog button he created for me.

Binkies and Briefcases Button

To enter this giveaway you must be a follower of Binkies and Briefcases. (UPDATE: Yes, being a subscriber to my feed is fine.)

You also must leave your email address in your comment so that I have a way to get in touch with you if you win.

To enter, just leave a comment telling me you are a follower and maybe what visions you have already for your logo.

For a second entry, blog about this giveaway or mention it on Facebook, then come back and leave a second comment telling me you did so.

This giveaway will be open for one week. The winner will be chosen via Random Number Generator on April 28th.

I’m linking this giveaway to the directory at Someday Crafts

I need a good logo for my blog so bad! I’m not a google follower… I don’t know how that works… But I subscribe to your RSS feed through Google Reader. Does that count?

Exciting giveaway. I’d love a logo for our small family farm. Honestly, we don’t even have a name. I need help! lol.

I know it’s a small thing, but I believe small things can add up to big changes. my entire North Bay series, including Out of Left Field, Right as Rain, and Way Off Base, is free on Kindle from Jan. 30-Feb. 3. Please take the funds you might have spent on my books this week and reallocate them toward the areas in our country that need them the most. Follow creators like Dad Chats who can direct you toward practical needs local to them. I hope my quirky romcoms can bring you some comfort and joy during difficult times, and I hope together we can take small, practical steps toward big changes. ... See MoreSee Less

I know there is an overall feeling of helplessness in our country right now. So many of us are at a loss for what to do beyond making phone calls and social media posts (which are still important, but can feel like not enough). I believe strongly in the power of small things adding up to big ones. As one person, I might not be able to do much, but what I CAN do is use my voice and my books to work toward the change I’d like to see. That’s why, for the next five days, from Jan. 30-Feb 3, I’m making the Kindle versions of my entire North Bay series (Out of Left Field, Right as Rain, and Way Off Base) completely free. Art has power, and I do hope these comedies can bring you some comfort and joy in difficult times, but most importantly, I also hope you’ll consider redirecting the funds you might’ve spent on my books and donating instead to one of the many charities working tirelessly in our cities right now. If you are located in an area like Minnesota or Portland, please use the space below to make people aware of the organizations in your area that need help. ... See MoreSee Less
